Service Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Under supervision, coordinate, track and update site paperwork, work orders, state inspections documents, system testing documents, and daily schedules.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Coordinate daily field service request from costumers through daily phone calls and emails. Track daily work order paperwork, testing documents, installation schedules and technician day to day schedules.
Build new customer addresses in coordination with Field Pro and Quick Book programs to maintain a clean, accurate database within company standards.
Respond, route and track requests and updates on Fire Alarm and commercial clock projects.
Ensure Sales Force, billing system and other management tools are updated with correct project status and notes on factory order projects.
Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.
Know, understand and follow company policy.
Perform other duties requested by supervisor.

Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional and pleasant manner

Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Continuing education coursework in project administration or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
Computer programs (i.e. Microsoft office) and other industry related software
Demonstrated communication skills
