Electronic Assembly

 National Time & Signal Corporation is a 100-year-old Michigan-based manufacturer of clock & life safety systems.  Currently, we have several opportunities in our Wixom facility for full & part time employment with flexible hours possible.  Clean, air conditioned, light industrial environment for panel assembly that includes electronic circuit boards, transformers, and associated wiring.

 Required:

• Mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic aptitude
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow standard assembly procedures with diagrams
• General soldering capability (through-hole, surface-mount)
• High school graduate

Desired:

• 1-2 years’ experience in light industrial environment
• Experience with basic hand tools, drill press, and multimeter
• Experience with basic electrical safety testing (e.g. Hypot) a plus
• Proficiency in PC set-up and configuration a plus

 UL-listed alarm system, digital clock and master clock panel assembly that include electronic circuit boards, transformers, and associated wiring.

 Practical evaluation as part of the hiring process.

 Target pay range $12-14 based on experience.
